Step into relaxation, one sole at a time

​

A session begins with a foot soak for 10min, once feet are dried off, oil is applied and your reflexology begins by massaging your feet and lower legs to help relax and remove tension from your body.  Acupressure is applied to work every reflex point in each of your feet during this time.  Based on your wellness goals and health history I will spend a little extra time on certain areas and systems curating your session specifically for you. Essential oils may also be used to enhance your experience.

*NOTE: I am a Certified Reflexologist - check your insurance to claim

**Drink plenty of water after each session to help detoxify the body.

*** A health history form must be completed for each new client.

****Lazy boy chair is used or a Massage table - max weight 250pounds.
